All our work is individualized to meet the specific requirements of each customer. 

In addition enquiries and orders for new or modified products should include the following technical data:

· Design and production of hybrid ICs:

- complete electric diagram;

- parts list: value, tolerance and rated wattage of the printed resistors; value, type, tolerance and case of the capacitors and chip resistors; type and case of the active components;

- pins disposition and length and maximum dimensions;

- coating and/or marking;

- test specifications or procedures;

- any other specific requirements.

· Design of PCBs:

- complete electric diagram;

- parts list: value, type, tolerance and package of the passive components; type and package of the active components;

- maximum dimensions;

- any other specific requirements.

· Assembly of PCBs:

- parts list: value, type, tolerance and package of the passive components; type and package of the active components;

- assembly diagram;

- photomask for solder stencil preparation or solder stencil;

- test specifications or procedures;

- any other specific requirements.

· Design and production of custom resistor networks and high-voltage resistors

-complete electric diagram;

- value, tolerance and rated wattage of the printed resistors;

- pins disposition and length and outline dimensions;

- coating and/or marking;

- any other specific requirements.

The more detailed the provided information is, the shorter the quotation lead-time will be.

    We reply by fax or e-mail to all enquiries. Please allow one or two weeks for preparing quotations for new products. All orders are acknowledged defining delivery time, delivery and payment terms.

Standard lead time for production orders is within 4 weeks after order acknowledgement or 2 weeks after receipt of customer supplied components. Lead time for design of new products depends strongly on the product's complexity and the comprehensiveness of the initially provided technical information. Specific delivery terms are subject to agreement.
