  • Conductor bus width: minimum 200µm;

  • Distance between two adjacent conductor buses: minimum 300 µm;

  • Holes in dielectric layer: minimum dimension 300 µm x 300 µm;

  • Plated through holes diameter: minimum 200 µm;

  • Resistance range of integrated resistors: 0.199MW;

  • Tolerance of resistance and resistor matching:

    - 0.1W ¸1 W ±5%

    - 1W ¸10 W ±1%

    - 10W ¸100k W ±0.5%

    - 100kW ¸10M W ±1%

    - 10MW ¸99M W ±5%

  • TCR: minimum ±50ppm/°C;

  • Maximum rated wattage: 2W/cm2;

  • Stability of integrated resistors at 70°C and nominal load: 1000h ±0.1%;

  • Reliability (depending on components number): 10-5 or better;

  • Operational temperature range (function on components): -55°C ¸ 125°C;

  • Automated PCB assembly: single- and double-sided PCBs, wide range of SMDs - from 0201 to fine-pitch components, odd-form.

  • Pin disposition: SIL and DIL, pitch 2.54mm or 1.27mm, custom configuration possible.
