Hybrid Integrated Circuits Ltd.(HIC) was established in December 1996 on the bases of  the Hybrid Microelectronics Department of the "Institute of Microelectronics" (IME – Sofia). HIC and its predecessor have more than 30 years of experience in the field of thick and thin -film technologies, and SMD assembly. Our highly qualified design engineers utilize up-to-date software tools. The production is export orientated — more than 90% of our products are exported to Western Europe. A quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2000 now, was developed and implemented since January 1997. We are continuously improving our quality system and proceeding towards implementing TS16949.

HIC manufactures Custom hybrid IC's, resistor networks, high-voltage resistors, PCB assemblies. All of these can be screened to any level of High Reliability. Each customer request is individually evaluated by the company’s engineering and marketing departments. We also perform SPC and FMEA with customer participation if necessary to guarantee the customer interests.

We can supply a great variety of SMT components as well as connectors, displays and other through-hole components. We can offer you all standard passive components and the most common active components from stock. On request we can deliver and prepare for you the complete kit of components needed for assembly of your hybrid or PCB.
